Sub project Coordinator
An organization supporting the government with digital issues is looking for a Sub-project Coordinator. You will play a crucial role in making government data accessible for innovative applications within a program focused on standardized data source unlocking. You will work on the development and realization of a specific work package in collaboration with various public and private stakeholders.
What you do
You are responsible for coordinating the development and realization of central functions within the data source unlocking program. You combine substantive expertise with project-based management. You will make substantive contributions to research on:
- Central public attribute provider
- Authentic Source Interface for verification and data retrieval
- Synergy between various digital identity functions and data provision
Key activities. Start-up phase:
- Defining central functions within the program
- Guiding research into the legal framework
- Guiding business case research
- Investigating governance issues
- Analyzing synergy between various digital identity functions
Development phase:
- Ensuring research results are embedded within the program and policy
- Advising on decision-making regarding central functions
- Advising on related work packages
- Coordinating tender processes
- Coordinating development and pilots
Realization phase:
- Coordinating and guiding pilots
- Validating case studies from pilot partners
- Guiding acceptance and compliance testing
- Advising on governance, audits
- Advising on implementation and scaling
What they ask
- Minimum academic (WO) work and thinking level
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a project leader within the (national) government
- Minimum 7 years of experience with inter-administrative cooperation
- Minimum 7 years of experience with public-private cooperation
- Minimum 5 years of experience with the development and realization of national agreements and provisions
- Minimum 3 years of experience with the application of the European regulation on electronic identification and trust services
Preferences.
- Experience with implementing acts and standardization within the European regulation on electronic identification and trust services
- Knowledge of Architecture and Reference Framework (ARF)
- Knowledge of relevant ETSI standards
- Experience with developing solutions where trust services are applied under the European regulation on electronic identification and trust services
- Experience with standardized and/or uniform data source unlocking
- Experience within government data source connectivity projects
