WMO Consultant

• Conducting home interviews.
• After systematic clarification of the request, referring to relevant facilities.
• Indicating and, if necessary, allocating customized provisions, including guidance.

• You put the resident first.
• The social team is in full development and strives for an integral team where you can be the linchpin for a resident.
• This requires specific Wmo knowledge, but also curiosity about other domains within the social team (Participation, Youth, and debt counseling).
• You are a connector, open-minded, and know how to bring professionals together (case management).
• You dare to propose creative solutions and make decisions accordingly.
• You are eager to further develop your knowledge of the Youth Act (Jeugdwet) and Participation Act (Participatiewet).
• You are a proactive person who doesn't give up easily, strong in dialogue, and good at staying connected with others.
• Good communication and interview skills are a must.
• You thrive in a hectic environment and know how to keep a cool head.
• You easily adapt to changing circumstances.

What they ask

• 1 to 5 years of work experience at a government organization.
• Mandatory submission of a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).
• Fits within the team (will be assessed during a potential intake interview).
• Recent (no longer than 6 months ago) experience in working with household help, housing provisions, and transport provisions.
• Experience and knowledge of the WMO, both the 'old' and 'new' tasks.
• Agreement with the stated secondment conditions.

Preferences.

• Completed HBO education, specialization Social Work.
• Resides within a 45 km radius of the location (a plus, must be evident from the CV).
