As an HR consultant, you are the link between flexible employees and clients within the public sector. You guide employees throughout their career path, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure that people can continue to develop. With your personal attention, organizational talent, and proactive attitude, you contribute daily to sustainable collaborations and satisfied flexible employees.
What you will do.
- You guide and support flexible employees throughout their entire deployment.
- You provide a warm and thorough onboarding for new employees.
- You conduct progress, development, and absenteeism interviews.
- You help employees with their professional growth and sustainable employability.
- You are the fixed point of contact for both flexible employees and clients.
- You maintain and strengthen relationships with clients within the public sector.
- You advise clients on HR-related and personnel issues.
- You ensure correct processing of files, reports, and HR administration.
What they ask
- MBO 4 diploma in HR or services required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR tasks.
- In possession of a B driving license and own car.
- You communicate effortlessly in Dutch, both verbally and in writing, and know how to convey your message clearly and convincingly.
- You take responsibility with both hands, remain positive even under pressure, and see development as an important part of your career.

You will work in a team with colleagues from all over the country. There is a close-knit team that has been working together for years.
