What you do
As a Recruiter, you are responsible for finding, interviewing, and guiding candidates within the production and logistics sectors. You write job descriptions, conduct intake interviews, and support candidates throughout the entire application process. You work closely with clients to ensure vacancies are filled quickly and successfully. Your activities include:
- Writing and publishing attractive job descriptions
- Actively searching for, approaching, and engaging candidates
- Conducting intake and job interviews
- Guiding candidates during the recruitment process
- Maintaining contact with clients and candidates
- Advising on recruitment and labor market issues
- Visiting clients and building sustainable relationships
- Processing administration related to placements and candidates
You will work in a committed team that ensures candidates and clients find each other and builds long-term relationships in the region.
Profile

- You have an HBO (higher professional education) level of thinking and working
- You have excellent command of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing
- You have experience with customer contact, recruitment, or a commercial role
- You are a strong communicator and dare to take initiative
- You know how to enthuse candidates and build sustainable relationships
- You are curious, results-oriented, and think in terms of opportunities
- You work structured and maintain an overview, even when busy
