What you will do.
- Independently execute an implementation assignment focused on realizing system links.
- Realization of KEI link between Allegro and a judicial organization:
- Inventory functional and technical requirements.
- Draft a design for data exchange.
- Coordinate with involved suppliers and chain partners.
- Guide the realization, testing phase, and commissioning.
- Deliver technical documentation.
- Expansion of Allegro link and a national debt portal:
- Analyze the current setup of the link.
- Identify desired expansions.
- Realize or coordinate necessary technical adjustments.
- Guide testing and acceptance.
- Realization of Allegro link and a financial system:
- Inventory desired data exchange between both systems.
- Draft a functional and technical design.
- Implement technical changes in Allegro.
- Guide the implementation with involved suppliers.
- Organize testing and acceptance activities.
- Realization of Allegro link and a document creation system:
- Define necessary data streams for document creation.
- Design the technical integration.
- Guide the implementation.
- Provide testing, acceptance, and documentation.
Deliverables.
- Functional and technical designs.
- Implementation and configuration documentation.

- A final report describing the achieved results.
Profile
- Independently execute the assignment and be responsible for your own approach, planning, and organization of activities.
- Focus on achieving concrete project results.
- Coordinate content as needed with a designated contact person within the organization and/or the ICT organization.
- Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
What they ask
- Completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in Business Informatics or Computer Science.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience with the Allegro application, gained in the last 10 years.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience with the Fincent application.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience with the national portal Schuldenknooppunt, gained in the last 5 years.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as an implementation manager for new processes, gained in the last 3 years.
Preferences.
- Work experience with describing processes in the field of the Municipal Debt Assistance Act.
- Work experience with the code of conduct of the Dutch Association for Popular Credit NVVK.
- Work experience with Document Management System DMS (e-suite).
