Information Security Risk & Compliance Analyst

In this versatile interim role, you are responsible for optimizing governance, risk, and compliance processes and translating complex data into clear management information. You will work closely with specialists in information security, risk management, audit, and IT within an organization that plays a key role in the energy transition and ensuring a reliable energy supply. What you will do.

• Manage and continuously improve the Key Results framework (oBoard) in line with organizational objectives
• Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and compliance initiatives within the department
• Develop, coordinate, and follow up on improvement plans and corrective actions
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for Security, Risk & Compliance
• Translate business requirements into clear KPIs, Key Results, and management reports
• Provide management with steering information on compliance status, risk trends, audit findings, and security metrics
• Ensure data quality, data governance, and the preparation of technical documentation

What they ask

• A completed HBO or WO education (e.g., IT, Information Security, Business Administration, or a comparable field)
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in Security, Risk Management, Compliance, Governance, or Business Intelligence
• Demonstrable and strong experience with Power BI, data modeling, and building KPI reports
• Experience within IT & Information Security Risk Management environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent command of the English language, both spoken and written (Dutch is a plus)
