An organization is looking for a Payroll & Tax Business Analyst with experience in payroll engines and a strong legal and analytical profile, specifically focused on the tax domain.
- In this role, you will analyze tax and socio-legal regulations and translate them into functional requirements and configurable solutions within payroll and payroll engine platforms.
What you will do.
- Analyze tax and socio-legal legislation and its impact on payroll processes.
- Translate legislation and business needs into functional analyses, requirements, and user stories.
- Support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of payroll engines.
- Validate tax calculations and payroll logic.
- Develop and execute test scenarios and acceptance tests.
- Collaborate with internal specialists, legal experts, and development teams.
- Advise on process improvements and legal compliance.
What they ask
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a legal, tax, or economic field, or equivalent.
- Experience as a Business Analyst in payroll, HR tech, or salary processing.
- Strong knowledge of Belgian taxation, salary calculation, and socio-legal processes.
- Experience with payroll engines and payroll systems.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to translate complex regulations into clear and pragmatic solutions.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
