An intermunicipal social service, a collaboration between several municipalities, carries out tasks in the field of social security. This assignment concerns the role of Integration Coordinator.
What you will do.
- Map the situation, support needs, and guidance for newcomers.
- Motivate newcomers to comply with their integration obligation and monitor progress.
- Make agreements on the trajectory to be followed and the timeline.
- Impose sanctions where necessary in case of non-compliance with the integration obligation.
- Maintain active contact with colleagues and external partners.
- Conduct intake interviews.
- Guide and stimulate newcomers.
- Draw up an Integration and Participation Plan (PIP).
- Conduct penalty interviews.
