Regional Manager

Do you want to lead in places where care truly matters? As a regional manager at a healthcare organization, you will guide teams in providing care for specific target groups. You combine leadership with social impact and ensure that healthcare professionals in your region can work optimally.

What you will do.

• Facilitate and make decisions within complex and challenging environments.
• Lead various care teams and ensure that practices function well.
• Determine your own agenda and be regularly present at locations that require the most attention at that moment.
• Coach employees, foster collaboration, and be responsible for personnel policy, including recruitment, interviews, and absenteeism guidance.
• Seek new opportunities for service provision.
• Translate organizational goals into practice and create a safe, positive working environment where teams can grow.
• Monitor quality, achieve objectives, implement policy, and maintain contacts with chain partners.
• May be scheduled periodically for on-call duties outside regular working hours, in accordance with the General Practitioners' collective labor agreement.
• Be responsible for various reception locations, with sizes ranging from 200 to 1200 residents.
• Travel frequently to the different locations where you lead diverse teams, ranging from 2 to 10 colleagues.
• Meet once or twice a month with other regional managers at the head office.
