• Possess excellent knowledge of subsidized official education and the institutional framework of the relevant educational authorities.
• Master professional digital tools.
• Be able to work both autonomously and in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
• Hold a B driving license and have access to a vehicle is an asset.

• Pedagogical support for management and teams:
• Support management in the implementation and evaluation of their school projects.
• Promote the dissemination of efficient and innovative pedagogical practices.
• Support teams in the design and use of common pedagogical tools.
• Participate in the development of a professional culture based on collaboration and reflective analysis of practices.
• Support projects promoting inclusion, pedagogical differentiation, well-being, and the success of all students.
• Pedagogical steering and continuous improvement:
• Support management in the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of steering plans.
• Ensure the monitoring of the Professional Skills Development Plan (PDCP) at the level of the organizing authority and contribute to its implementation.
• Utilize the results of external certificative and non-certificative evaluations as well as any relevant available data.
• Conduct diagnostics to identify strengths, difficulties, and levers for school improvement.
• Formulate concrete and operational pedagogical recommendations for management and the organizing authority.
• Propose corrective or development actions in line with the results of diagnostic and summative tests and steering indicators.

• Support educational teams in the implementation of reforms related to the Pact for Excellent Education.
• Ensure permanent monitoring of decree-related, regulatory, and pedagogical provisions applicable to subsidized official education.
• Ensure the dissemination and appropriation of useful information to management.
• Maintain regular contact with reference organizations in the sector, including the relevant educational bodies.
• Development of pedagogical projects:
• Design, coordinate, or support pedagogical projects at the school level or within the municipal network.
• Support schools in participating in calls for projects.
