As a consultant, you will be the point of contact for victims of the Childcare Benefits Scandal.

Trust is an important principle in this assignment and in the context of maintaining and providing careful support to existing victims.
You are already in contact with the victims and manage the requests for help from a government organization.
You follow up on support from previously held discussions and monitor the established goals from the action plan.
As the contact person for the victims, restoring trust is one of the most important principles.
You remain in contact and maintain an overview of the requests for help, following up as a Consultant with the relevant departments.
In your role, you will continue to manage and monitor the parent's trajectory within the government organization.
If necessary, you will adjust the plan.
It is important that you are aware of the latest developments regarding the KOT (Childcare Benefits Scandal).
You need to familiarize yourself with the topic so that you can provide other departments and/or colleagues with current information or point them to new developments relevant to their work.

What you do

Maintain contact with victims and serve as the central point of contact.
Manage the parent's trajectory within the government organization.
Follow up on support from previously held discussions and monitor the goals of the action plan.
Collaborate with relevant departments and follow up on actions with these departments.
Adjust the action plan if necessary.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments surrounding the KOT and provide colleagues/departments with current information, signaling developments that affect their work.

What they ask

A minimum of 3 years of demonstrable work experience in the field of the Childcare Benefits Scandal, gained in the past 5 years at a government organization with 100,000+ inhabitants. Reference required.
A minimum of a completed HBO (higher professional education) degree.
Candidate agrees to the stated secondment conditions.
A Certificate of Conduct (VOG) is required before commencing activities.

Preferences.

Excellent knowledge of the Participation Act (Participatiewet) and the Municipal Debt Assistance Act (Wet gemeentelijke schuldhulpverlening).
Extensive work experience and affinity with providing assistance to clients with psychosocial problems, gained in the past 3 years.
Experience with integrated debt assistance (knowledge of technical debt assistance and WSNP), gained in the past 3 years.
