For a pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a Generalist CAPEX Project Manager for a consulting assignment. You will work in a regulated industrial environment (GMP).
What you do
- Framing & Governance: Definition of needs (URS), elaboration of Business Cases, GMP/EHS impact analysis, and presentation to CAPEX committees.
- Execution & Monitoring: Planning management, budget control, site monitoring, and change management.
- Interface & Partners: Transversal coordination of internal teams (Ops, Quality, CQV, EHS) and management of design offices & subcontractors.
- Commissioning: Alignment with CQV/Validation strategies and transfer to operational teams.
What they ask
- Experience: 7 to 10 years+ in CAPEX project management in a regulated industrial environment (Pharma / GMP).
- Expertise: Solid mastery of Business Case construction, budgetary governance, and coordination of external companies / design offices.
- Soft skills: Versatility, rigor (Right First Time), excellent communication, and transversal leadership.
- Languages: Fluent French & professional English.
