What you will do.
- As a Mobility Policy Advisor, you will be deployed for a number of tasks.
- The charging vision for passenger cars of the organizations must be translated into concrete implementation plans. This includes data-driven and strategically focused placement of charging stations, public-private partnerships, or charging in parking garages. Developments related to grid congestion play an important, limiting role.
- The next step in realizing sustainability ambitions is to draw up a vision for all other forms of transport, such as cycling and logistics. You will play a leading role in this.
- You will do this together with a starting colleague. After your deployment, you will transfer your knowledge and experience to this colleague.
- Advising on (sustainable) mobility in various (housing) developments is essential to realize a livable, accessible, and traffic-safe neighborhood. You will promote municipal mobility policy within a number of projects.
- You will advise your colleagues and the board on mobility based on your knowledge and experience.
- Occasionally, you will assist in advising on exemptions/permits and handle some reports related to your expertise.
- The activities are an integral part of regular operations and are carried out within the existing organizational structure. The employee is part of the team, participates in internal meetings, and works under the daily guidance of the responsible manager.
- Priorities, activities, and desired results are determined by the organization.
- Due to the importance of continuity, knowledge retention, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders, this is a structural role within the team that requires full integration into the organization.

- Minimum 5 years of demonstrable work experience as a policy officer in the field of mobility.
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable work experience as a policy officer in the field of mobility within a (local) government organization.
- Demonstrable work experience with the approach to electric charging and/or charging advice.
