Host Hostess

• Ensure a pleasant and homely atmosphere in the common living area.
• Cook and serve meals for a large group of residents, taking into account dietary wishes and nutritional guidelines, also responsible for purchasing and management.
• Support group activities in the living room, together with care colleagues.
• Receive and address visitors and ensure a hospitable environment.
• Coordinate and perform household tasks, including cleaning and laundry care.
• Collaborate with residents in daily activities, such as cooking or small chores, and stimulate independence.
• Signalize peculiarities in residents and report them back to the care team.

• You are social, warm, and have a genuine interest in people.
• You are a good listener and know how to motivate and stimulate residents.
• You love cooking, know how to improvise, and work hygienically and organized.
• You are flexible and willing to work irregular shifts and weekend shifts.

What they ask

• Minimum MBO diploma Helpende plus.
• Basic knowledge of dietetics and nutritional principles.
• Insight into safety, health and environmental regulations.
• You are a Christian (Christian, Catholic, Protestant) and can indicate what this means to you.

• A 7-month contract with the prospect of permanent employment upon good performance.
• Travel allowance, NS Business Card and/or home working allowance.
• Salary according to scale 4 of the Social Work collective labor agreement.
