Monitor quality and continuously improve products and processes. As a QA Officer, you ensure that everything is correct: from procedures and internal audits to training, controls, and improvement actions.
What you will do.
- Keep the quality manual up to date.
- Plan and execute internal audits.
- Guide external audits.
- Organize HACCP and safety training.
- Monitor quality data and improvement actions.
- Participate in HACCP meetings and quality projects.
- Complete questionnaires from customers and suppliers.
- Support colleagues with everything related to quality and food safety.
What they ask
- A completed education in Food (HBO) or an MBO education supplemented with relevant recent work experience at HBO level.
- Minimum 2 years of experience within the food industry.
- Knowledge of HACCP, BRC, and/or IFS.
- Willingness to be on-call 1 week per month.
Profile
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude.
- Critical, accurate, and able to maintain an overview.
- Experience with quality within the food industry.
- Knowledge of HACCP, BRC, IFS, and ISO.
- Work with shifted hours between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
