Public Space Implementation Coordinator

• You lead the team coaches of the technical services and coach the field experts in their work.
• You organize the operational activities and monitor the quality, planning, and continuity of service delivery.
• You bridge the gap between policy, projects, and implementation, translating policy choices to the work floor and bringing signals from the field back to the organization.
• You monitor the functioning of the technical services and stimulate collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
• You safeguard operational objectives, monitor results, and adjust where necessary.
• You work closely with project staff, experts, and external partners to ensure projects and implementation reinforce each other.
• You participate in consultations within a department focused on citizens and the environment and contribute to the realization of the multi-year plan.
• You actively build smooth cooperation and strong teamwork within the Public Space department.
