What you do
As a neurologist within the outpatient clinic, you play a key role in the diagnosis and treatment of clients with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) in combination with complex neuropsychiatric disorders, such as mood disorders, psychoses, personality problems, and significant behavioral changes.
- You provide clarity through accurate neurological diagnostics.
- You interpret complex patterns in cognitive and behavioral functioning.
- You translate this into an appropriate treatment and guidance plan.
- You collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nursing specialists, psychologists, and other disciplines.
- You make an essential contribution to the treatment policy.
- You help clients and their environment regain control over functioning, health, and recovery.
