A youth care organization is there for families facing small and large problems. They strive for an open atmosphere and jointly seek the right, appropriate path. Their motto is: 'Tackling your problems: you do it yourself, but not alone!'.
What you will do.
- Guide and support families (youth up to 18 years, parents, and their social network) in achieving their self-set goals in upbringing and development
- Focus on strengthening the family's own capabilities
- Ensure that the right help is deployed at the right time
- Organize specialized youth care and manage the entire process when support from the organization is insufficient
- Monitor progress, coordinate with chain partners, and ensure a smooth transfer to, for example, WMO if necessary
- Be responsible for scaling down care and guiding back to outpatient support where possible
- Work methodically, regularly lead large meetings
- Serve as a sparring partner for professionals such as teachers, childcare providers, and care providers
Profile
- Socially engaged professional who enjoys leading complex cases
- Supports families in achieving their goals
- Possesses an integral perspective and the ability to view requests for help with some distance
- Capable of developing new plans together with parents and youth
- Knowledge of the Youth Act (Jeugdwet)
- Ability to form a vision on the deployment of specialized assistance
- Familiarity with the social map of the region
- Relevant completed HBO education that meets the registration requirements of the SKJ
- Driving license B and a car (for home visits)
