This role involves leading multiple projects across an organization's finance portfolio. You will ensure successful delivery within defined scope, budget, timeline, and quality expectations.
What you do
- Lead multiple projects across the finance portfolio
- Ensure delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality expectations
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, budgets, resource plans, and governance documentation
- Facilitate decision-making and drive alignment across finance leadership, business stakeholders, and delivery teams
- Manage end-to-end cutover planning, deployment coordination, and go-live governance for large-scale initiatives
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues
- Manage formal change control processes
- Ensure compliance with established PMO standards, stage gate requirements and delivery frameworks
What they ask
- 8+ years of project management experience delivering complex business and IT projects
- Proven track record in leading finance-related projects and transformation initiatives
- Solid understanding of finance processes including P2P, O2C, R2R, and Treasury Management
- Extensive experience working within SAP environments, specifically SAP S/4HANA programmes
- Demonstrated expertise in vendor management and the coordination of system integrators
- Proven experience managing deployment, cutover, and go-live activities for large-scale transformations

- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills in complex environments
- Proactive and solution-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English
- Master's or Bachelor's degree
