Are you a practical private law jurist who clearly records agreements? You will draft and assess various private law agreements for a municipal organization. This includes purchase, lease, and land exchange agreements, anterior agreements, and contracts outside the spatial domain, such as cooperation and settlement agreements. You ensure that agreements are correct, enforceable, and align with the public interest.
You are the internal contract expert, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating private law documents, and advising colleagues and management on both the legal and practical aspects. The activities are an integral part of regular operations and are performed within the existing organizational structure. You will be part of the team, participate in internal meetings, and work under the daily guidance of the responsible manager. Priorities, activities, and desired results are determined by the organization.
Due to the importance of continuity, knowledge retention, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders, this is a structural role within the team that requires full integration into the organization.

- Draft and assess purchase and land exchange agreements, lease and tenancy agreements, anterior agreements, rights of superficies
- Develop cooperation and settlement agreements (outside Spatial Planning)
- Guide and resolve private law disputes for the organization
- Sparring partner for project leaders and management
- Address BIBOB and property/security law issues
