- Collaborate closely with geriatric specialists, basic doctors, AIOS, HAIO, nurse specialists, and practice nurses
- Maintain contact with various healthcare partners, such as hospitals, general practitioners, and other healthcare providers in the care chain
- Regularly consult with care teams to identify problems among residents
- Coordinate care within your specific area(s) of expertise
- Serve as a point of contact for colleagues and residents, advising, informing, and instructing them on diagnoses, prognoses, treatment options, and possible complications
