Trainer

A growing social start-up with a clear mission: helping young people take better care of themselves using mindfulness as a foundation. The programs are accessible, playful, and experience-oriented. The organization enjoys collaborating with young trainers (peer methodology) who radiate calm, enthusiasm, and safety. The organization is in its start-up phase and offers room for personal initiative, flexibility, and collective growth.

What you will do.

• Give weekly mindfulness lessons to groups of up to 15 young people (14-18 years old) at an educational institution.
• Cover themes such as mental calm, stress management, self-confidence, setting boundaries, and focus.
• Create a safe and open atmosphere where young people feel seen and heard.
• Coordinate with the leadership and the educational institution and flexibly adapt to what works for the group.

What they ask

• Age between approximately 20 and 30 years (peer methodology).
• Didactic skills to guide and motivate a group of young people in a calm, clear manner.
• Experience or affinity with mindfulness, meditation, coaching, or personal development.
• Willingness to be vulnerable and share personal experiences.
• Independent, flexible, proactive, and reliable.
• Willingness to commit to a collaboration for the entire school year.
• Enthusiasm to help build a growing social enterprise and promote its mission.

Preferences.

• Background or study in pedagogy, psychology, coaching, or education.
• Certificates are a plus, but not mandatory; willingness to learn and grow.
