A consulting firm specializing in recruitment is looking for a motivated recruiter to strengthen their team. The organization is dynamic and growing, passionate about finding talent and providing personalized support to candidates.
What you will do.
- Define recruitment needs with clients
- Write and publish attractive job offers
- Source and identify the best candidates through various channels
- Conduct pre-qualification and evaluation interviews
- Ensure regular follow-up with candidates and companies
- Participate in the development and improvement of recruitment strategies
Profile
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, ideally with expertise in recruiting technical profiles (IT, engineering), but any specialization is welcome
- You are comfortable with 100% remote work and can manage your activity with full autonomy
- You are rigorous, proactive, and have excellent interpersonal skills
- French is required; any other language is a plus
