What you do
- Lead a team of approximately 10 colleagues.
- Ensure smooth production operations.
- Start the workday at 07:30 with planning.
- Identify opportunities, bottlenecks, and priorities.
- Ensure clear expectations within the team.
- Develop the team and optimize processes.
- Influence working methods.
- Coach colleagues and be the point of contact for other departments.
- Serve as an important link between production, assembly, and the internal office.
- Undertake improvement projects, such as applying Lean principles.
- Optimize work processes and increase efficiency.
- Contribute ideas for future improvements.
Profile
- Enjoys taking responsibility and maintaining an overview, even under pressure.
- Preferably several years of experience as a supervisor within a production environment.
- Affinity with the construction or metal industry.
- Possesses technical insight.
- Communicates easily with various colleagues and can involve people in changes.
Practical
- Salary between €3,600 and €5,000 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience.
- Direct contract with the client.
- A one-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
- Employment conditions according to the Metal & Technology collective labor agreement.
- Pension accrual according to collective labor agreement.
- Travel allowance according to collective labor agreement.
- Much freedom to implement improvements and contribute ideas.
