What you will do.
- Work directly with AML analysts and operational leads to identify repetitive, manual, and time-consuming activities.
- Assess and prioritize AI opportunities based on business impact and ease of implementation.
- Maintain a practical pipeline of improvement initiatives, quick wins, and use cases.
- Build and configure AI assistants, copilots, agents, and prompt-based solutions.
- Develop prototypes and pilot solutions that can be integrated into real operational workflows.
- Test solutions with end users, gather feedback, and rapidly iterate.
- Ensure AI-supported improvements align with existing AML controls, processes, and governance requirements.
- Measure efficiency gains, document lessons learned, and provide recommendations for future improvements.
- Deliver reusable solutions and clear supporting documentation that can be leveraged beyond the assignment.
Profile
You bring a strong combination of AML expertise and hands-on experience with AI-enabled technologies. You are comfortable moving from identifying a business problem to building and testing a practical solution, rather than remaining at a theoretical or advisory level.
- Professional experience in AML, compliance, or financial crime operations.
- Strong understanding of KYC, KYT, customer due diligence (CDD), and enhanced due diligence (EDD).
- Familiarity with PEP and sanctions screening, source of funds/source of wealth investigations, and transaction monitoring.
- Hands-on experience using or building GenAI solutions, AI assistants, copilots, or AI agents.
- Ability to independently create prototypes and working solutions.
- Pragmatic, curious, and highly delivery-oriented.
- Comfortable working in an agile, experimental environment and iterating quickly.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain AI concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
