As a healthcare contract manager, you are the connecting factor between the social mission of a healthcare organization and the contractual agreements needed to ensure quality care. You play an important role in professionalizing the contract management process and contribute to the continuity of care in challenging domains such as sheltered housing, foster care, and addiction care.
In this role, you work closely with various stakeholders and use your strategic and process-oriented skills to convert complex issues into workable solutions.
What you will do.
- Contribute to tender strategies and translate them into concrete contractual agreements.
- Guide contract processes from start to signing and ensure compliance with agreements.
- Identify changes in contracts and initiate extensions or renegotiations where necessary.
- Advise colleagues and management on contractual issues and propose improvements.
- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and contribute to constructive collaboration.
Profile
We are looking for a contract manager who can think strategically and maintain relationships within the social domain.
