E pedagogical Coach

• Initiate, support, and accompany the development of digital and techno-pedagogical skills of trainers.
• Design, facilitate, and manage continuous training actions for pedagogical teams on digital integration and hybrid practices.
• Provide individual support, tailored to the needs and pace of each trainer.
• Offer first-line support to pedagogical users in the use of the digital learning platform.
• Create and animate exchange spaces, working groups, and digital classes.
• Promote the sharing of resources among trainers and centers.
• Develop the use of the platform and digital tools available to trainers.
• Ensure functional management of user accounts and access.
• Manage and facilitate meetings and working groups organized within this framework.

• A pedagogical profile first and foremost, comfortable with digital tools, not an IT specialist.
• Someone who enjoys teaching others as much as tinkering with a tool: capable of translating a training need into a concrete solution and explaining it simply.
• Technical curiosity, a desire to explore tools, and the ability to self-train are more important than the initial technical level.
• Patience, listening skills, and a sense of contact are essential, as is teamwork.

What they ask

• Hold a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and possess, complementary to your initial training, a certificate, experience, or proven competence.
• For example: pedagogical bachelor + digital certificate/experience/competence; or digital-oriented bachelor + pedagogical certificate/experience/competence; or other bachelor + both digital and pedagogical certificate/experience/competence.

Preferences.

• Useful experience in integrating digital technology into pedagogical systems.
