You will work at a small-scale and growing mental health institution (GGZ). Within the organization, tailor-made care is central, and a broad vision of mental health is applied, paying attention to both the client's complaints and strengths. The multidisciplinary team includes GZ psychologists, clinical psychologists, psychiatrists, psychotherapists, systemic therapists, and psychomotor therapists. Various treatment methods are used, such as CBT, ACT, EMDR, EFT, schema therapy, and body-oriented therapy.
What you will do.
- Provide systemic therapy to adults, partners, families, and other relatives within both Basic and Specialist Mental Healthcare.
- Treat diverse requests for help and actively contribute to the multidisciplinary treatment team.
- Work from an integrative and systemic vision, where the dynamics within the system are central.
- Apply your specialized knowledge and experience at your own discretion, without being tied to one specific treatment framework.
- Advise colleagues on systemic issues.
- Contribute to thinking about treatment forms, group offerings, and the further development of the organization.
What they ask
- A completed education as a systemic therapist.
- Registration as a systemic therapist with the NVRG or a relevant BIG registration.
- Experience within mental healthcare and affinity with systemic work.
- Good communication skills in Dutch and preferably also English.
