A juvenile justice institution will be renovated in the coming years. To ensure these activities proceed safely and controlled, a government organization is looking for engaged and alert construction supervision employees.
What you will do.
- Supervise the environment and ensure safety and clarity.
- Check if tools are tidied up and materials are stored.
- Receive, check, and supervise external visitors contributing to the construction work.
- Verify that external visitors only carry necessary materials.
- Ensure that work is completed correctly and nothing suspicious is taken away.
- Guide external visitors in a proactive, professional, and service-oriented manner.
- Contribute to a safe and pleasant working environment through clear communication and attentiveness.
- Anticipate potential safety situations.
Profile
- You have a demonstrable LBO/MBO working and thinking level.
- Work experience in a similar role is a plus, but the right motivation is more important.
- You naturally have a positive attitude and the right motivation for this work.
- You can and want to address people about their attitude and behavior.
- You have the ability to engage people with your enthusiasm and are a connecting factor within the team.
- You are practical, customer-focused, and can easily interact with different people.
