From this flexible pool, you will be deployed to various locations. You can indicate your preference.

What you will do.
- Support daily care, such as washing, dressing, eating and drinking, and putting on compression stockings (as a care assistant).
- Keep the living environment tidy and pleasant.
- Signal changes and coordinate with colleagues.
- Create a homely atmosphere with attention, conversation, and small activities.
- Provide personal and loving care, including administering medication (as a caregiver).
- Work according to the PDL method.
- Carefully maintain care files to ensure the quality of care.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and other disciplines.
- Maintain good contact with family and informal caregivers.
Profile
- Diploma as a care assistant or caregiver IG.
- Enjoys working in various departments and/or locations.
- Has a passion for elderly care.
- Can work well independently, but is also a pleasant colleague who quickly finds their place in the team.
- Is involved and has good social skills.
Practical aspects.
- You indicate your availability approximately one month in advance.
- Each week, available last-minute shifts are reviewed to see if they match your availability.
- You will be informed by Thursday preceding the relevant week whether you can be deployed.
- Willingness to work at different locations increases the chance of suitable shifts.
- Possibility to work based on a zero-hour contract or with a fixed number of hours.
- For a fixed-hour contract, flexible deployment across multiple locations is important.
