For the residential units of a care organization, value-driven employees are sought to support clients during the night.
What you do
- You consciously choose active night duty where logistical tasks are paramount.
- You work in a team of 4 colleagues but you work alone during the night, being able to call on permanent staff if necessary.
- You accept and respect clients regardless of their individuality, their possibilities or limitations.
- You are responsible for the well-being of the clients.
- You provide clients with the necessary care and administer medication, if required.
- You ensure clear written information transfer to colleagues taking over the shift in the morning.
- You are flexible and can adapt to changing situations.
Profile
- You have at least a secondary education diploma (more specifically TSO special youth care, living group work or care assistant).
- You have a particular affinity with the target group of people with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI).
- You support the core values that the organization upholds.
- You are flexible and loyal towards the organization and towards colleagues.
- You interact professionally with clients, the organization, and colleagues.
- You can work independently.
