Together with other workplace supervisors and the project leader, you will organize the daily operations of the workplace, which consists of various workshops (wood, kitchen, sewing, and fine crafts). On an activation floor, a diverse group of people with MMPPS (medical, mental, psychological, psychiatric, and/or social) issues and/or a significant distance from the labor market are employed.
Small work assignments are carried out under guidance and tailored, with the aim of reintegrating employees into the labor market in the long term.
What you will do.
- You will guide participants individually and in groups during their trajectory.
- You will work towards their progression into the social or regular economy, or focus on maintaining their current work rhythm.
- You will communicate with partners and follow up on individual files.
- You will provide instructions, participate in the work yourself, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- You will coach, motivate, and empower participants to take responsibility and build positive relationships.
- You will contribute to finding and organizing assignments and workshops focused on social and technical skills.
- You will divide assignments into manageable sub-tasks for the participants.
Profile
- Relevant experience in working and communicating with a socially vulnerable target group.
- Solution-oriented coaching skills to bring out the best in participants.
- Ability to handle conflicts and set boundaries.
- Administratively skilled (managing digital employee files and trajectory administration).
- Creative and handy, with the ability to transfer these skills to others.
- Open and professional communication with colleagues, clients, and local partners.
- Knowledge of the social map and a local network in the region is a strong plus.
