An experienced specialist in digital adoption and change enablement to drive user adoption, learning, stakeholder engagement, and change enablement across digital transformation initiatives.
- Take ownership of a Digital Change Management Hub.
- Help ensure that projects, stakeholders, and business communities have access to the tools, resources, and guidance needed to successfully adopt new ways of working.
What you do
- Lead adoption and enablement activities.
- Support change and communication programs.
- Develop learning journeys and onboarding materials.
- Facilitate communities of practice.
- Work closely with business, HR, learning, and digital teams to drive sustainable behavioral change.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience in Change Management, Digital Adoption, Learning & Development, Communications, or Digital Transformation.
- Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience with OCM frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR), adoption metrics, and large-scale transformation programs is a strong plus.
