You work independently, but are part of a team that collaborates to create an environment where residents and employees can develop.

What you do

You play an important role within the team of a healthcare organization.
You support residents in daily life and maintain control over the quality and continuity of care.
You draw up care plans, monitor set goals, and ensure that agreements are properly executed.
You contribute to discussions about complex care and behavioral issues and help find appropriate solutions.
You maintain contact with relatives, therapists, and other stakeholders involved with the client.
You guide and support colleagues in methodical work.
Through your knowledge and overview, you help the team grow further and contribute to a stable and safe living environment for the residents.
