Your next challenge within a dynamic hospital environment? For a specialized hospital in the region, we are looking for a Project Nurse Cardiology. You will join an exciting department where you make a daily difference for patients with complex care needs. As a project nurse, you will be part of a specialized team within cardiac care.
What you do
- Provide qualitative and patient-centered nursing care
- Observe, report, and monitor the health status of patients
- Perform technical nursing procedures
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
- Correctly register patient data and care processes
- Co-monitor the quality and continuity of care provision
What they ask
- Bachelor's or graduate degree in nursing
- Experience within a hospital environment is highly desired
- Knowledge of cardiology is a major asset
- Experience in nephrology and/or neurology is a plus
- Knowledge of HiX is a bonus, but not a requirement
- You work independently, quality-oriented, and are strong in communication
- You are active as an independent nurse
