What you will do.
- Start from the client's strengths and jointly seek suitable treatment options and solutions
- Collaborate with next of kin and chain partners
- Guide the team's working method as a Mental Health Social Worker
- Be visible in the neighborhood and connect with existing formal and informal care networks
