What you do
You offer HRM advice to clients in the broadest sense of the word, on an interim or project basis. You help HR departments with capacity problems (for example, due to maternity leave or a colleague's absence) or take on specific projects. This includes:
- Developing HR policy
- Implementing new laws and regulations
- Addressing a specific theme such as job satisfaction, sustainable employability, strategic personnel planning, and recruitment.
In addition, you are actively involved in sharing knowledge to help others and yourself grow personally and professionally, for example by:
- Writing substantive articles, giving training, or delivering presentations
- Translating market developments into opportunities and possibilities for the organization and its clients
- Actively contributing to product development
- Participating in intervisions with fellow consultants.
