An educational institution is looking for a proactive teacher for the middle school grades. You will work based on the principles of 'Leader in me', co-teaching, and thematic work. The school has over 270 students divided into twelve groups and applies a well-thought-out educational approach focused on students' personal development.
What you will do.
- Monitor the development of each child in groups 1 and 2 using a student tracking system.
- Guide students in groups 3 through 8.
- Contribute to the development of education based on your own qualities.
- Organize education and distribute planning with teams through co-teaching.
- Provide students with space to learn about themselves and grow in their development.
- Focus on each child's strengths.
