For this position, you will be employed by a secondment agency and seconded to an occupational health service organization. You will work under the guidance of experienced professionals and will have ample opportunity to develop yourself both personally and professionally.
A comprehensive development program is offered, including access to training courses such as Vitality in the Consulting Room, Persistent Physical Complaints (ALK), and Motivational Interviewing. Additionally, you can further deepen your knowledge with training courses such as Neuropsychiatry and other specialized modules. Participation in these training courses is free of charge and will help you to confidently fulfill your role as a doctor in occupational medicine.
What you do
- As an ANIOS Occupational Medicine, you play an important role in guiding employees and employers on issues related to health, absenteeism, and reintegration.
- You conduct consultations, assess medical situations, and advise on a responsible return to work.
- You look not only at medical complaints but also at the influence of work, lifestyle, and personal circumstances on the recovery process.
- You actively contribute to sustainable solutions and support employees in maintaining or resuming their work activities.
- In addition, you deal with preventive issues, positive health, medical examinations, and sustainable employability.
- You are in contact with employees, employers, and other professionals within occupational health services, thus fulfilling a broad medical and advisory role.
Profile
- You have a (nearly) completed Master's degree in Medicine.
- You have a valid BIG registration or will be BIG registered in the short term.
- You have an affinity with occupational health services and an interest in occupational medicine.
- You possess good communication skills and easily switch between different interlocutors.
- You are curious, analytical, and think in terms of possibilities and solutions.
Practical
- Employment through secondment with a secondment agency.
