Software Engineer

A technology company builds concrete AI solutions for various organizations, including AI agents, AI voice, and automations. They are looking for an engineer who not only writes code but also independently thinks about technical improvements, scalability, and takes responsibility for the complete solution from A to Z.

What you will do.

  • Further develop the central software platform
  • Build new features and solve bugs
  • Develop AI agents, AI voice
  • Technically implement new clients
  • Integrate APIs and external systems
  • Contribute to architecture, security
  • Improve the current stack where necessary

What they ask

  • Demonstrable experience as a Software Engineer / Developer
  • Ability to work completely independently
  • Understand existing code and be able to build new systems
  • Think in solutions and take initiative
  • Make technical decisions independently
  • Communicate clearly and adhere to agreements
  • Take responsibility for the end result
  • Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Tailwind, SQL, Supabase, n8n, Docker, Caddy, Hetzner is a plus, but not required. More important is the technical strength to critically review and propose better solutions.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Lovable) is welcome, provided quality is maintained.
  • Dutch is preferred, but English is also fine.
