HR Business Partner

• You are the fixed HR point of contact for managers, board members, and employees.
• You identify HR needs within the business and translate them into concrete solutions.
• You bridge the gap between the business and internal HR expertise centers.
• You guide managers in applying HR policy, procedures, and regulations.
• You support employees with various HR and career questions.
• You follow up on files related to development, performance, motivation, and employee engagement.
• You collaborate with the talent acquisition team on the selection of new employees.
• You prepare and actively participate in joint consultation moments.
• You anticipate social issues and support proactive social dialogue.
• You participate in management and team meetings within your portfolio.
• You communicate relevant HR updates to the involved directorates.
• You guide changes and contribute to a strong employee experience.

What they ask

• Extensive, demonstrable experience as a senior-level HR Business Partner, preferably around ten years.
• Broad and thorough knowledge of various HR processes.
• Concrete experience with social relations and social consultation.
• Experience with recruitment and selection.
• Knowledge of the energy sector and its specific context.
• Experience within or thorough knowledge of contact centers.
• Good knowledge of PC 200.
• Ability to independently conduct complex conversations, files, and consultations in French.
• You can manage in Dutch.
• You analyze quickly and can set clear priorities.
• You communicate clearly with employees, managers, and management.
• You work independently, flexibly, pragmatically, and solution-oriented.
