Due to temporarily reduced capacity, a government organization is looking for an experienced Care and Safety Director who can be deployed at short notice. The assignment focuses on ensuring the continuity of services and managing complex care and safety issues during the replacement period. The contractor will take over ongoing files, manage complex cases, and ensure that cooperation with chain partners continues unimpeded.
What you will do.
- Manage complex cases at the intersection of care and safety
- Organize and coordinate cooperation between involved partners
- Participate in case consultations and multidisciplinary meetings
- Maintain contacts with the police, Veilig Thuis (Safe Home), care providers, housing corporations, educational institutions, and other chain partners
- Monitor the progress of files and agreements made
- Advise involved colleagues and partners on appropriate interventions
- Identify risks and ensure timely escalation where necessary
- Ensure adequate reporting and file building
- Ensure a careful transfer of files at the end of the assignment
Profile
The candidate must be independently deployable from the start and require limited onboarding time.

- Minimum of 2 years demonstrable work experience in the past 6 years at a government organization in the role of Care and Safety Director, Case Director Care and Safety, Process Director Care and Safety

- Agreement with the stated secondment conditions (if applicable)
