Through theoretical training and practical experience, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in vertical and horizontal transport.
What you do
- Take ownership of the tasks at hand and work closely with project managers and (senior) engineers to find the right solution for the project.
- Design and develop innovative, cost-effective, and safe horizontal and vertical transport and/or lifting solutions that truly make an impact.
- Challenge yourself to find creative solutions using existing machinery and materials from the fleet.
- Create your own drawings, calculations, and method statements using various software packages, such as AutoCAD and in-house developed software.
- Perform strength and stability calculations for the required materials and machinery.
- If necessary, you will travel to (global) project locations to provide practical technical support and further develop your skills.
What they ask
- English, fluent in writing and speaking.
- 0-5 years of relevant experience.
- Willingness to travel to projects locally and internationally.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Automotive.
