What you will do.

• Managing, optimizing, and further developing the Microsoft 365 and cloud environment.
• Leading and executing ICT projects and technical implementations.
• Managing networks, security solutions, and SaaS platforms.
• Identifying improvement opportunities and advising on technological developments.
• Developing and maintaining technical documentation.
• Providing training and knowledge transfer to end-users and colleagues.
• Actively contributing to information security and cybersecurity.
• Serving as a technical point of contact for complex issues within the organization.

• Several years of relevant work experience in a comparable ICT role.
• Demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and cloud technologies.
• Experience with SaaS solutions and Mobile Device Management (MDM), preferably within an Apple environment.
• Knowledge of information security, identity management, and modern workplace solutions.
• A proactive, independent, and solution-oriented work attitude.
• Strong communication skills.
