What you will do.
- Independently manage your own client portfolio from A to Z.
- Responsible for the complete accounting and fiscal follow-up of your files.
- Act as a strategic point of contact for your clients and advise them on financial and fiscal matters.
- Proactively think along with entrepreneurs based on strong fiscal knowledge.
- Lead a complete team and coach colleagues in their further development.
- Monitor the quality of files and ensure efficient collaboration within the team.
- Be given space to work independently and entrepreneurially.
- Contribute to the further growth and digitalization of the firm.
Profile
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in accountancy.
- Strong fiscal knowledge and familiarity with files from A to Z.
- Possess an ITAA title.
- Experience in managing and guiding a team.
- Client-oriented and actively thinking along with entrepreneurs.
- Collaboration on an independent basis is possible.
