Executive Secretary
As an Executive Secretary within a specialized team, you will continuously undertake temporary assignments with various organizations in your region. What you do
As an Executive Team Assistant, you are part of a close-knit group of professionals with a permanent employment contract with a specialized service provider. At the same time, you work on interim assignments for leading organizations. This means: one employer, multiple environments, always a challenge. In your role, you bring structure, calm, and overview – precisely where it is desperately needed. You often work at C-level and think three steps ahead. You organize, communicate, plan, and connect.
Above all: you provide such excellent support that people wonder how they ever functioned without you. You support board members, directors, or senior management in a role that requires overview, reliability, and flexibility. Your duties include:
- Managing complex calendars and confidential mailboxes
- Preparing and taking minutes for MT or Board of Directors meetings
- Initiating projects, coordinating, and monitoring progress
- Planning travel, events, appointments
- Project-based support for management or directors
- Monitoring and following up on action points
- Point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an executive secretary or executive assistant
- HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level
- Enjoys switching between tasks without losing control
- Discreet, professional
- Presentable, sharp
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Flexible and effortlessly switches between different environments
- Holds a valid driving license B
- Feels comfortable in changing situations and thrives on high-level task switching
- Knows when to take decisive action, but also when to consult or slow down.
