You combine personal guidance with an advisory role and collaborate with various professionals to find the right approach for each situation.
What you do
- You conduct intake interviews and assess the clients' situation and possibilities.
- You draw up personal guidance plans and conduct discussions about work capacity and career prospects.
- You guide reintegration and career trajectories and encourage clients to take steps forward.
- You advise on the possibilities within the WIA and the appropriate support.
- You collaborate with job coaches, insurers, and medical professionals, among others.
- You identify bottlenecks and contribute to improving processes and guidance.
What they ask
- HBO working and thinking level, preferably in HRM, social security, or reintegration.
- Experience as a casemanager or in a similar role is a plus.
- Affinity with social security, absenteeism, and reintegration.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to listen well.
- You are analytical, solution-oriented, and know how to motivate people empathetically.
- You can handle resistance and enjoy thinking about suitable solutions.
