Intervention within the Infra - Operations Lot (Analyst & DevOps).
- Main mission: ensure the operability, integration, and production deployment of applications.
- Environment focused on an evolving private cloud model.
- Dominant activities: technical integration, Production Deployments (MEP), infrastructure evolutions, a reduced part of incident management (N2).
What you will do. Integration & MEP (dominant activity).
- Verify operability criteria (VABE) for new versions.
- Perform application installations on different environments.
- Manage / execute production deployments.
- Secure deployments (rollback, procedures, controls).
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the private cloud model.
- Manage complex work requests.
Operations & RUN.
- Ensure the availability and performance of applications.
- Maintain service levels (SLA).
- Provide operating procedures for steering (N1).
- Participate in DRP / BCP tests.
Incident management (secondary part).
- Handle N2 incidents.
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve.
- Contribute to problem management (root cause).
Profile
- Experience in operations & application integration.
- Good understanding of MEP / RUN processes.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
