As a supervisor within a clinic, you help people with complex psychiatric problems progress step by step. No day is the same, which makes the work meaningful, challenging, and valuable. You will work in a department consisting of 9 groups with 90 clients, within a committed team where there is room for your ideas, professional growth, and job satisfaction.
What you will do.
- Guide clients in their daily lives and development.
- Ensure peace, overview, and a safe environment.
- Actively contribute to treatment plans and progress.
- Be a personal supervisor and point of contact.
- Work according to the SRH methodology, focused on strengths and possibilities.
- Help clients regain control over their lives.
You can work within different teams:
- Closed groups: Provide intensive care and treatment to clients with a dual diagnosis (addiction and psychiatry). Focus on CRA, SRH, structure, and supervision.
- Closed groups: Provide intensive care and treatment to clients with a severe psychiatric disorder (SPD), often in combination with other conditions such as addiction. The setting requires structure, clarity, and intensive guidance.
- Open groups: Guide clients with severe psychiatric disorders in a setting with more freedom of movement. The focus is on recovery, self-direction, and working according to the concept of Positive Health.
You will work in a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, supervisors, a movement therapist in training, and social workers.
