A social organization is looking for an independent group facilitator/coach to guide group meetings. The organization believes in the power of genuine encounters and creating a safe environment for personal growth and connection.
What you will do.
- Facilitate discussion series of four meetings, approximately two hours each, taking place over four consecutive weeks.
- Build a safe and trusting atmosphere with participants, focusing on encounter, connection, and personal development.
- Monitor group dynamics and ensure a safe setting where every participant has equal space.
- Be available as a substitute facilitator when a colleague is unexpectedly absent.
Profile
- Trained discussion leader or demonstrable experience in guiding groups.
- Works as an independent entrepreneur.
- Feels at home with the organization's vision and style.
- Can listen without directing or judging.
- Able to deepen conversations by asking careful questions, without disturbing the safety or ownership of participants.
- Experience with guiding in-depth exercises (e.g., NLP, transactional analysis).
- Empathetic, professional, and reflective.
- Open to feedback and personal development.
